In accordance with the proposed 5-year business plan, work is being done on the company’s plans for growth in Turkey and pertaining feasibility studies, evaluation of work done on opening new retail points, revision of the organisational structure, amelioration of purchases and category management, efficiency of the available retail area and the personnel, develpment of intracorporate coordination and meeting culture, and so on.
